Among the relevant electrical parameters, the conductor DC resistance (20°C) must comply with the requirements of GB/T 3956 standard to ensure that its resistance performance meets the specification indicators.
In terms of insulation resistance (70°C), the standard value is ≥0.011MΩ・km. This value guarantees the insulation performance of the insulation material at a specific temperature and prevents problems such as leakage.
The power frequency withstand voltage test requires no breakdown at 3000V for 5 minutes, which is a strict test of the insulation strength and safety of electrical equipment.
