Application Scenarios

In photovoltaic systems, PV1-F cables are recommended for inter-module connections. The typical specification is 4mm² and there are two colors, red and black, to distinguish the lines.
For the connection between the string and the combiner box, the H1Z2Z2-K cable is an ideal choice. Its typical specification is 6mm² and it has double insulation characteristics to ensure safe and stable connection.
For rooftop photovoltaic systems, it is recommended to use PV-WDZ type cables with flame-retardant 10mm² specifications to ensure power safety in complex rooftop environments.

Select by current
When the module current does not exceed 10A, it is recommended to use cables with a cross-section of 4mm². The maximum laying length of the cables can reach 100m to ensure stable current transmission.
If the module current is in the range of 10-15A, a cable with a cross-section of 6mm² is a suitable choice. At this time, the maximum cable length should be controlled within 80m to avoid excessive losses due to excessive line length.
When the module current is in the range of 15-20A, a cable with a cross-section of 10mm² should be used, and the maximum cable length is limited to 50m to ensure the safety and effectiveness of current transmission.

In general, the current of the components directly affects the selection of the recommended cable cross-section and the maximum laying length. Only reasonable matching can ensure the efficient operation of the circuit system.
