Insulation and sheath
Cable parameters vary depending on the usage scenarios. In terms of insulation materials, fixed cables (MYJV) use XLPE materials, while mobile cables (MCP) use EPR materials. The two have different performance focuses.
In terms of sheath material, the fixed cable (MYJV) is equipped with a PVC sheath, and the mobile cable (MCP) is equipped with a CR sheath. Different sheath materials provide the cable with suitable protection capabilities.
In terms of insulation thickness, the 10kV fixed cable (MYJV) reaches 3.4mm, while the insulation thickness of the mobile cable (MCP) is 1.8mm, reflecting the difference in insulation protection design between the two.
The sheath thickness is also different. The sheath thickness of the fixed cable (MYJV) is 2.5mm, and that of the mobile cable (MCP) is 3.0mm. The thicker sheath of the mobile cable enhances its wear resistance and other properties.
The differences in these parameters enable fixed cables (MYJV) and mobile cables (MCP) to meet the different needs of fixed laying and frequent movement scenarios respectively.

Use explosion-proof junction boxes, the shielding layer must be reliably grounded, and the joints must be waterproofed

Coal safety certification is carried out according to the AQ 1043 standard, which is specifically for underground cables, ensuring that these cables used in special hazardous environments meet strict safety requirements.
For mining cable products destined for the international market, the international standard IEC 60502 plays a key role in ensuring that exported products meet internationally accepted quality and technical standards.
These three types of standards, starting from different levels and application scenarios, jointly build a complete standard framework for mining cables to ensure that the products meet the corresponding requirements in terms of safety, quality and applicability.
