Electrical properties
In the electrical performance indicators, the standard value of the working capacitance is required to be no more than 110pF/m. This parameter needs to be measured under the test condition of 1kHz to evaluate the energy storage characteristics and signal coupling capabilities of the line.
The standard value of capacitance unbalance is ≤3pF/100m, also tested at a frequency of 1kHz. This indicator is used to measure the degree of symmetry of capacitance between lines to ensure the stability of signal transmission.
In terms of characteristic impedance, it is stipulated as 120±15Ω and needs to be measured under 1MHz frequency conditions. It plays a key role in signal transmission quality and anti-interference ability.
The standard value of the attenuation constant is ≤0.25dB/m. This parameter is tested at a frequency of 10MHz and reflects the energy loss of the signal during transmission.
The standard value of insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ・km, measured at an ambient temperature of 20℃, and is used to evaluate the performance of insulating materials and ensure the safety of electrical equipment.
These parameters and their corresponding standard values ​​and test conditions regulate the performance requirements of electrical equipment from different dimensions, ensuring that the equipment operates stably and reliably under specific working conditions.

Transmission performance
When the frequency is 1MHz, the maximum attenuation of the line is 2.1dB/100m, and the near-end crosstalk needs to reach ≥60dB to ensure low loss and anti-interference capabilities of low-frequency signal transmission.
At a frequency of 10MHz, the maximum attenuation is increased to 6.8dB/100m, and the near-end crosstalk standard is adjusted to ≥50dB. At this time, it is necessary to balance signal attenuation and crosstalk suppression to ensure transmission stability in the mid-frequency band.
When the frequency increases to 100MHz, the maximum attenuation increases significantly to 22.0dB/100m, and the near-end crosstalk requirement is ≥40dB. The high frequency band poses higher challenges to the signal loss control and anti-interference design of the line.
In general, as the frequency increases, the maximum attenuation of the line gradually increases, and the near-end crosstalk standard decreases accordingly, reflecting the differences in signal transmission characteristics in different frequency bands and the corresponding performance optimization directions.

Select by signal type
For the transmission of analog signals, it is recommended to use DJYVP cable with a cross-section requirement of ≥0.75mm². This specification can meet the basic requirements of analog signals for line stability and anti-interference.
When transmitting digital pulse signals, DJYPVP cable is a better choice, and a cross-section of ≥1.0mm² is required. A larger wire diameter helps reduce signal attenuation and ensures fast and accurate transmission of digital pulses.
The particularity of high-frequency signals requires the use of DJYVP-3C model cable, which adopts a twisted pair + coaxial composite structure, which can effectively suppress electromagnetic interference and signal loss in the high-frequency band and ensure the transmission quality of high-frequency signals.
Different signal types correspond to different cable models and cross-sectional requirements. This targeted selection can optimize the transmission effect according to the signal characteristics and avoid signal distortion or interference problems caused by improper line matching.

Select according to environmental requirements
In the face of strong electromagnetic interference environments, a copper tape + copper wire double shielding solution can be adopted. The double shielding structure effectively blocks the interference of external electromagnetic signals and ensures the purity and stability of signal transmission in the line.
In high temperature environments, choose the combination of FEP insulation + glass fiber braiding. FEP insulation material has excellent high temperature resistance.
