(I) Cross-linked power cable: a model of efficient and stable transmission​

Using a three-layer co-extrusion cross-linking process, the conductor DC resistance strictly follows the GB/T 3956 standard, the insulation resistance at 20°C is ≥1000MΩ・km, it can withstand 3.5kV/5min power frequency withstand voltage test, and the working capacitance at 1kHz frequency is ≤120pF/m, achieving low-loss, anti-interference and efficient power transmission. ​

Fire-resistant cable: According to the GB/T 19216 standard, it can be continuously powered for 1.5 hours in a 750℃ high-temperature flame to protect fire emergency power supply;​

Flame-retardant cable: Passed the GB/T 18380 bundled combustion test to effectively curb the spread of fire;​

Low-smoke halogen-free cable: The smoke transmittance during combustion is ≥60%, and the HCL gas release is ≤5mg/g, which significantly reduces the fire hazard and protects the safety of personnel and equipment.​

(III) All-plastic control cable: Expert in precise signal transmission​

Using braided shielding and copper tape shielding for double protection, the shielding efficiency is as high as 95% or more, ensuring the precise and stable transmission of control signals in the fields of industrial automation and power protection in complex electromagnetic environments. ​

(IV) Overhead stranded wire: Powerful in high-voltage power transmission​

Take steel-core aluminum stranded wire as an example, it adopts high-strength galvanized steel core and electrical round aluminum stranding process, with tensile strength ≥200N/mm², and has both excellent mechanical properties and conductive properties, which is competent for the harsh challenges of high-voltage power transmission lines. ​

Full-process quality control technology system​

(I) Source control: strict selection and testing of raw materials​

Strictly implement GB/T 3952 and other standards, conduct conductivity and tensile strength tests on copper rods and aluminum rods, and complete 12 performance tests such as oxygen index and thermal elongation of insulation materials to ensure product quality from the source.​

(II) Process monitoring: Intelligent production technology escort​

The cross-linking production line is equipped with an online deflectometer and spark tester to monitor the quality of the insulation layer in real time; the stranding process adopts a tension automatic control system to ensure the accuracy of the core stranding and improve production stability in all aspects. ​

(III) Quality traceability: finished product inspection and traceability​

Establish a three-level inspection system, confirm the parameters of the first piece, inspect the batch during the process, and complete 32 standard tests before leaving the factory. Each roll of cable is accompanied by a unique QR code, which can be scanned to check the raw materials, process parameters, and test reports, so as to achieve quality traceability throughout the life cycle. ​
