Before the raw materials are put into storage, the standards such as GB/T 3952 "Copper Wire Billets for Electrical Use" are strictly implemented, and the conductivity and tensile strength of copper rods and aluminum rods are tested; the insulation materials must pass 12 performance tests such as oxygen index and thermal elongation to ensure that the quality at the source is controllable. In the production process, the cross-linking production line is equipped with an online deflectometer and spark tester to monitor the insulation thickness and integrity in real time; the stranding process adopts an automatic tension control system to ensure the uniformity of the stranding of the wire core. ​

The finished product inspection implements a three-level inspection system: the first piece inspection confirms the process parameters, the process sampling coverage rate reaches 1 0 0%, and the factory inspection is based on GB/T 5023, GB/T 12706 and other standards, and 32 tests such as conductor resistance, insulation withstand voltage, and mechanical properties are carried out. With the national industrial product production license and CCC certification qualifications, combined with ISO9004:2008 quality system requirements, the company has established a quality traceability system. Each roll of cable is accompanied by a unique QR code, which can be scanned to obtain raw material batches, production process parameters and test reports, achieving quality traceability throughout the life cycle and providing global customers with excellent quality wire and cable products. ​
